Use Messages to contact other users. You can message from the Messages page or from relevant order/listing pages.
If there’s a problem with an order, buyers can open a case and sellers can respond. Aussie Trade Hub can review and resolve cases when escalated.
Returns depend on the seller’s returns policy. If a case requires a return, the buyer can add tracking so everyone can follow progress.
